Hi, I'm Jason Robertson. I'm just a normal everday guy who has been extremely blessed in life. I've got the best wife, a beautiful baby daughter, a great family, great friends and a smart dog. What more can one ask for?

Now for the long bio if you are interested.....

I am a person with too many hobbies and passions. I wish I could narrow it down to only one or two so I could dedicate more time to a few hobbies rather than spending a little time on all of them. My hobbies and interest include things such as, poker, guns, hunting, fishing, photography and the Appleby Fire Dept. where I volunteer as a firefighter. Appleby FD is probably the one hobby that takes up the most of my time, even when I wish it didn't. However, it is hard to ignore the tones of the radio going off when I know someone or their property is in danger. However, all of my other hobbies do have varying amounts of time spent on them during the year. When fall starts to show itself, I can't help but once again get the hunting bug! Poker is a profitable pastime that I really enjoy and play on a weekly basis. However, finding time to leave the state to play in casinos is something that isn't always easy.

My wife and I attend Holly Springs Baptist Church here in Appleby. Through worship and the teaching we have received there, we have greatly grown in our walk with Christ.

I own Benchmark Computer & Tech Support, a company specializing in helping customers with all of their computer related needs. I'm also a Texas licensed real estate agent and I am a partner in Mainstream Real Estate. Real estate was my primary profession for many years, specializing in selling land and farms. As the economy changed and land prices sky-rocketed I realized my business was quickly changing. No longer were the big investors from Houston and Dallas rushing to East Texas to buy "cheap" land for investment and tree farming. It became apparent, that times were chaning and I needed a change also. Computers have been a hobby of mine since around 1997 with the mainstreaming of the internet. My friends and family all say I'm the most unlikely computer geek in the world. Not many computer guys where boots and jeans to work, but hey I've broken the mold before. So I finally decided to start a computer help and repair business, since I was already doing so much work for friends and family for free. So there ya have it, 3 years later I'm still plugging away helping people with their computers.

My wife, Amanda, is my best friend and the most amazing woman I know. I could go on and on about her and how much she does for me and other people. Amanda is a hairdresser and owns Amanda's Hair Salon in Nacogdoches. She absolutely loves her work and she has to, working all the long hours that she does. We were recently blessed with the birth of our daughter, who, if I must say so myself, is the most beautiful little girl in the world. We look forward to seeing her as she grows up and all the joys that come along with that.
